After four years of operation under the directorship of Ron and Kathy van Setten, Northern Rivers Surgical Supplies has developed from a staff of four to a strong, integrated team of 12. Even after this exceptional growth, we have identified three additional staff vacancies required in the near future to meet the expanding needs of our business to serve the region’s aged and disabled community.

In line with Ron’s vision, our business took a significant upward turn in its professional approach by engaging a fully qualified occupational therapist last October. Darren’s role as a seating and positioning specialist is to work closely with prescribing therapists, advising them of suitable product alternatives to best suit client needs. Darren's contributions have been an important part of our growth.

Last year, Northern Rivers Surgical Supplies achieved a sales growth of 47%. This year, the growth has continued by a further 32%. In light of changing circumstances, described later in this document, this is again an excellent result.

Our team shares the passion of serving the aged and disabled community of the Northern Rivers region, and we can attribute our continued success with our strong team approach.
